1. To elect 3 trustees to represent Te Whanau a Ruataupare on Kapuarangi Takutai Moana Trust
2. The election process shall be run by Tairawhiti Community Law Centre(TCLC)
3. All Whanau who whakapapa to Te Whanau a Ruataupare are eligible to nominate and vote

Te Takutai Moana a Ruataupare
The journey of Te Whanau a Ruataupare ki Tokomaru to prove Customary Marine Title (CMT) through a timeline that highlights 12 significant events starting from the signing of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi in 1840 to 2022.
Two sides of the story is about the two applicant groups that applied to the High Court under the MACA Act 2011 on behalf of Te Whanau a Ruataupare.
